Wholesale Availability

I don't offer wholesale or consignment but I appreciate your interest!

Returns

Due to the nature of bath and body products, I cannot accept returns. If something is amiss, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

Sizing, Ingredients and Fragrance Details

Weight, measurements, scent and most often, a photo of my hand holding the soap are available in each listing. I do my best to describe the scent accurately but keep in mind, everyone's nose is different. All soaps are vegan and cruelty free. Once soap has saponified, coconut elements can be part of ingredients such as Sodium Stearate, Sodium Myristate and Sodium Laurate. Ingredient tags will be included on the bottom of all soaps.

Cancellation Policy

I don't accept cancellations. This is due to the fact that if you catch me at the perfect time of day, I may start creating your chosen soaps or packing your order for shipping within minutes. Especially during the holidays, I work day & night to get orders promptly in the mail.

Event & Party Favors

I love packing up something special for your event! Message me with your event date and what you have in mind. I can design custom tags, change colors & scents, as well as ribbon color to match any color theme.
Some fun ideas:
Cinnamon bun soap with a Bun in the oven tag for a baby shower
French Macarons for a sophisticated bridal shower, perhaps Paris themed
Succulent pot soaps for a wedding party
Pinecones & pistol soaps for a Groomsmens' gift
Mermaid tail or a chocolate chip cookie for a birthday party favor

Multiple Orders

If you would like multiple items, make sure to place the order all at once please! I don't refund for combined shipping after the fact (for accounting and sanity purposes). Sometimes I can get them all together but on occasion I miss it. If you would like the shipping price to be the most accurate for your location and the weight of your order, send me a message! I'm happy to setup a custom listing for you.

Stolen or Lost Packages

Everything is shipped with USPS tracking, ground and priority have insurance up to $100. If your order is over $100, contact me if you’d like to insure your package. It's up to you to make sure you package is delivered to a secure spot to prevent porch pirates! A lot of customers choose to have delivery to a work address for that reason. If an item is marked delivered but you don't have it, please check with anyone else in your household or neighbors (my own personal packages often go to a neighbor across the street, so frustrating!) If you still can't find it, please get in touch with your mail delivery person or visit your local post office. They often have GPS tracking if it's been misdelivered.

Shipping & Arrival Times

You're welcome to order whenever you like for holiday gifts, but I can't guarantee arrival dates. Once it's in the hands of the USPS it's up to them!

Is it mere days before your gift giving date or holiday? That is up to you! I can't determine if it will "Arrive on time". If you figure we're close enough(I'm in NW CT) and that it'll come quickly, roll the dice! If you order soaps, I will make and ship them, regardless of the date.

Gift Orders and Changing Addresses

Orders will ship to the address you provide when you place your order. Please double check if you're sending as a gift directly to the recipient! I can't change it manually after the fact.

If your order has gone in the mail to the wrong address (you forgot to change it, etc) I can't update or change it en route. When it comes back to the shop, you'll have additional shipping charges to put it in the mail again.

What are these crystals on my soap?

Glycerin dew! Glycerin is a humectant so it draws moisture from the air, sometimes creating little glycerin droplets. More humid locations, more dew. There's nothing at all wrong with the soap, you can rinse it off and let your soap dry, or just soap up and use your soap, as nature intended.
